The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
The Fleet Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing Company’s vehicle and equipment inventory and maintenance system, Fleet Focus.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Manage equipment master records, fuel transactions, assignments and PM programs.
- Track monthly maintenance costs;
- Perform life-cycle analysis for fleet equipment replacements and business-related analysis;
- Publish Blue Book quarterly and breakdown of Company equipment cost and equipment utilization;
- Create ad-hoc reports for equipment cost and utilization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing;
- Ability to be a team player;
- Good customer service skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint, Crystal Reports and Fleet Focus;
- Ability to learn specialized software quickly;
- Understanding of heavy duty equipment;
- Valid driver’s license that meets ICE Services insurance criteria

EDUCATION: Minimum AAS in data base management or 3 years equivalent experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS: NSTC and EMS (HSEENV001) Smith Defensive Driver Basic required.
LANGUAGES: English fluency required.
