The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and controlling effective programmes for Engineering projects, involving product and competitor vehicles. They will develop procedures to coordinate the activities of the Engineering vehicle fleet including the analysis and reporting of technical issues.


• Providing dedicated engineering project support across the platform and associated feature development.
• Resolution of potential vehicle concerns across a specific platform.
• Specifying project vehicles on specific model year programmes through reviews with functions, via the facilitation of meetings with related Engineering functions.
• Responsible for the specification creation process and acquisition of Prototype/ pre-series vehicles prior to customer use, including the coordination of the vehicle sign off procedure and arranging there eventual disposal.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance and reporting of Engineering vehicle usage plans and aiding in process development.
• Management of the car fleet – (diary, ordering, reporting, insurance claim management) maximising opportunities for press coverage and improving efficiency. Budget Management for the fleet.
• Certification of Origin support to Dealerships in Europe.
• Support PR and Marketing events – on and off site.
• Provision of logistics support for global European Marketing & PR and events, VIP customers.
• Company Car Sales in Europe – (contact to dealers, pricing, availability, claim management.

Experience/ Qualifications

• Good understanding of the technical car preparation process.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
• Highly driven, resourceful and creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to apply flexible approach to working hours.
• Personable, confident and able to cope with difficult situations.
• Good overall understanding of the German language would be beneficial
