The Role:
FLNG Towing and Offshore site hook-up/ installation Superintendent shall provide expertise within the Construction department team during the Tendering, FEED and EPC phase.
He will stay initially at JGC Yokohama Operation Center and move to required site (SHI Geoje Shipyard and/or Offshore installation site at Malaysia) during construction period.
His primary responsibilities shall planning, coordination, monitoring and supervision of FLNG Towing and Topside module offshore site hook-up/ installation works using his technical experiences and construction know-how to ensure that the project work is completed to meet the project safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

Major Duties
 Overall coordination and Monitoring of Towing and Offshore site hook-up/ installation works with related discipline.
 Interface and Coordination with MWS, Hull fabricator, Topside module fabricator and TMS supplier.
 Interface and Coordination between JGC, MWS, Hull fabricator, TMS supplier and Towing sub-contractor for towing works.
 Interface and Coordination between JGC, Topside module fabricator, TMS supplier and Offshore site hook-up/ installation sub-contractor and supervision of offshore hook-up/ installation works.
 Participation of interface and progress meeting for Internal and External
• Internal meeting with Engineering team, PM team, Logistic team, Construction team and other related discipline
• External meeting with Clients, MWS, Hull fabricator, Topside module fabricator TMS supplier and related Sub-contractor.
 Focal point to Client for Towing and Offshore site hook-up/ installation related works through JGC Construction Manager
 Regular report to Construction Manager
 Support for preparation of inquiry document for offshore activities such as towing, positioning, installation, hook up, SWIS (Sea Water Intake System) and so on.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field
 Fluent in English written and oral communication skills
 At least Fifteen (10) years experience of working at Offshore module installation related works.
 More than two (2) project working experience for FPSO or FSO Projects.
 FPSO or FSO Towing and Offshore site hook-up/ installation related working experience and coordination with Towing and Offshore topside module site hook-up/ installation sub-contractor.
 Have technical knowledge of FPSO or FSO Hull fabrication, Topside Module fabrication and Naval Architect engineering.
 Have working knowledge of applicable Industry Codes and Standards, MWS rules, Classification Society Rules and Guides.
