The Role:
General Description
The flooring specification consultant for Thailand promotes flooring products and acts as a link between architects, interior designers, constructors, distributors and end users. He/She gathers market information and prepares presentations.

Primary Job Functions
Promote all ranges of flooring solutions.
Establish a network of key contacts and decision makers that are involved in the construction process
Identify projects where flooring products will be used, categorize them and follow up all projects on a weekly basis by means of sales calls, demonstration, informative meetings with stakeholders and sampling and utilizing CRM.
Gathering of market information such as competitors, main players, market share
Creation of presentation of the gathered information

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Skills
Good command of Thai and English language, both verbal and in writing.
Knowledge about construction and preferably flooring products including their features and benefits.
Commercial attitude.
Strong communicator, able to communicate at both architect and constructor level
Ability to create customer preference for flooring solutions.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Outlook, Word, PPP and Excel
Driving license

Holder of degree

2-3 years in flooring or construction environment
