The Role:
Key responsibilities for the FM Co-ordinator are;

Planning

•Act as the Planning SPA for all FM and CUI activities in the Operations Division
•Liaise with the Integrity Team Planner/Scheduler to develop the 20 week plan to facilitate the liquidation of the FM & CUI activities and backlogs on each Asset
•Input FM & CUI into Planning Process (Maximo & Primavera)
•Issue Statement of Requirement (SOR’s) to Cape prior to the 20 week planning gate to achieve 12 & 6 week planning gate criteria & KPI’s
•Approve the detailed execution work scopes developed by Cape from the FM plan which will facilitate the offshore execution of FM & CUI scopes
•Participate in risk based inspection reviews of pressure systems (pipework & vessels) with Asset Corrosion and Inspection Engineers as the basis of developing detailed work phases
•Assist the FM Team Leader in the development of the Long Term FM & CUI Plans for each Asset


Performance Management

•Performance manage FM & CUI activities through participation in the Asset Planning Meetings (12W / 6W Meeting)
•Ensure daily FM reports are issued by the offshore FM team and facilitate daily FM Operations video conference calls between on & offshore.
•Actively performance manage offshore execution of the 1, 6 & 12 week FM plans for each Asset and track performance against KPI’s
•Act as the operational interface for resolving any SIMOPS or planning issues
•Facilitate and ensure consistent implementation of weekly Interface Meeting between Cape and Oceaneering
•Facilitate successful implementation of the Blasting On Live Lines (BOLL) Procedure by acting as the interface between Cape and Oceaneering
•Responsible for the effective execution of the IQ / RO / FMO Procedure
•Assist in the preparation of yearly FM and CUI activity estimates and input to annual budgets
•Assist the FM Team Leader in managing FM budget estimates and invoices


Reporting

•Approve Close Out Reports of all FM & CUI activities undertaken
•Review and approve Cape’s Monthly Progress Report in line with KPI’s targets
•Report Planning KPI Compliance (1, 6 & 12W gate criteria) for FM & CUI activities
•Provide effective cost control of all FM & CUI activities
•Provide FM & CUI input to the Monthly Integrity Meeting held on each Asset
•Provide relevant data to Oceaneering to facilitate close out of FM & CUI activities (eg: ACET close out)
•Assist the FM Team Leader in the compilation of performance data for FM and CUI annual planned costs

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•A detailed understanding of multi asset / activity level Planning Processes
•Awareness of Primavera and Maximo (training will be provided in the use both these applications)
•Good communication, organisation and reporting skills
•Ability to prepare, control, and actively review cost reports and exercise budget control
•Offshore experience in either a fabric maintenance delivery, and/or integrity management position
•A good knowledge of paint coatings & inspection, insulation materials and application including CUI and passive fire protection
•Current qualification in paint inspection to NACE 1, ICORR 2 or BGAS 2 standard is advantageous to this role
•Working knowledge of maintenance management systems and corrosions management databases (Metacor or TCI)
