The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Forensic Planner working with the Principal Forensic Planner.

You will be required to provide expert advice to the Claims Management Team and should be to be a recognised Subject Matter Expert in schedule delay analysis.

The role will see the successful candidate act as the Subject Matter Expert in all aspects of construction planning techniques, including:
• Forensic Analysis of delay and disruption;
• Progress and Productivity analysis and improvement;
• Causation analysis;
• Critical path scheduling;
• Resource scheduling; and
• Development of look-ahead programmes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A clear understanding of programmes/analysis (Primavera (P6)).
- A clear understanding of knock-on delays culminating from front end deliverables e.g. IFC engineering deliverables, supply chain logistics, free-issue materials etc.
- Experienced in construction planning / technical analysis including the evaluation of opposing expert analyses.

Claims Management
- Extensive Major Project Claims experience - especially scope change/growth, programme movement, delays and disruption, productivity issues, acceleration, extension of time, global claims
- Experience and knowledge of and/or in representing Client at mediation and/or arbitration
- Ability to work closely with all Project disciplines e.g. Construction Group, Contracts Group, Project Controls and regularly involve Legal Team

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Testifying in Arbitration proceedings regarding scheduling issues in Construction Disputes.
- Professional association in Construction Law, or Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia.
