The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Currently recruiting for a FPSO Commissioning Site Leader (CSL). This position is primarily responsible for supervising the commissioning activities of the FPSO EPCC Contractor during the differents phases of the FPSO Contract and then directly responsible of the offshore commissioning activities. In particular the candidate has to achieve as far as practical 100% atshore commissioning of FPSO to minimise the offshore scope of work.

Key responsibilities of this position includes:

-Ensure design minimizes the impact on the environment in line with project requirements.
-Assist in identifying project risks and implement agreed mitigation measures as required.

During detailed engineering:

-Supervise the preparation by the Contractor of the Commissioning activities (definition of commissioning scope, list of documents to be prepared and issued, procedures, organisation and corresponding manning, software implementation, logistics, planning).
-Ensure that future Hull commissioning activities are fully taken into account.
-Ensure that equipment Factory Acceptance Testing are properly incorporated. Participate in FATs of equipment and Site Integration Testing as required.
-Preparation of the supervision organisation with corresponding team and necessary training as required.

During Atshore Commissioning:

-Supervision of Commissioning Contractor activities including transfer from Pre-commissioning.
-Management of Commissioning team.

During Offshore Commissioning:

-Ensure proper coordination of all Commissioning activities in line with preparation of Operation activities for First Gas.
-Management of all Commissioning activities and hand-over to Operations.

During all the above phases:

-Monitor/review and report progress of the work to Management in a timely manner.
-Ensure all activities are performed according to planned schedule.
-Participation in meetings as required/necessary.
-Participate in HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP's, Design Reviews, Constructability Reviews, Project Reviews etc.
-Review and comment of Contractor / Supplier documentation in a timely manner.
-Advise project team on commissioning aspects with respect to FPSO.
-Prepare technical reports and presentations as required.
-Ensure URF interfaces/requirements are incorporated in FPSO commissioning procedures, where required, to achieve objectives.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Tertiary Engineering Degree.
-Min 10 yrs experience in Offshore & Onshore Commissioning Management of Large Production Platforms , FPSO or similar.
-High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, precommissioning, installation and offshore hookup and commissioning of Offshore Oil and Gas Facilities.
-Good knowledge of OPERCOM and ICAPS.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent written skills.
-Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.
