The Role:
Primary Deliverables

Throughout the Project, the main responsibilities of the Instrument Commissioning Supervisor
- Promotion of HSE behaviour and ensuring that HSE procedures implementation by
commissioning team (including Permit To Work)
- Knowledge, understanding and application of OPERCOM Pre-commissioning and
commissioning methodology.
- Witness as appropriate the pre-commissioning activities performed by the EPCC.
- Witness of at shore Commissioning activities performed by EPCC to ensure that his Systems
reach the Ready For Start-Up status as per planning.
- Ensure that the Project Specific Requirements are followed correctly (EEHA, DNV)
- Witness of the equipment preservation.
- Supervision of execution of the offshore commissioning activities for his Discipline.
- Verification of ICAPS database for his discipline.
- Sign ICAPS sheet as appropriate.
- Participate to the tool box meetings.
- Participate to meetings upon request

Key Technical Deliverables

- Follow up the preparation of Pre-commissioning/Commissioning procedures and reporting
tools (including technical databases, planning, and punch list control) and the requisition
for material, equipment, consumables and spare parts for his discipline.
- Follow-up of the instrument inhibitions (hard and soft).
- Follow-up the isolations method and status.
- Ensure all pre-commissioning and commissioning execution activities are carried out
safely and in accordance with the project HSE plan and Permit To Work
- Perform his discipline preliminary checks on subsystem to confirm Contractor has
achieved his full pre-commissioning scope of work
- Participate to the preparation and execution of the OTPs
- Review of contractor’s punch list activities and control of punch list items including sign-off
of punch list items.
- Witness contractor’s performance of onshore commissioning RFSU on system and subsystem
- Follow up of contractor’s FAT activities at supplier premises. Verify the FAT report.
- Follow-up and review of contractor’s pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
- Ensure Operational tests performed by contractor are in accordance with the OTP.

Responsible of Offshore commissioning activities for his discipline including
- Assistance and contractor follow up during off-shore installation, hook-up and precommissioning
- Provide supervision of the offshore commissioning.
- Possibly responsible of instrument isolations/inhibitions.
- Assistance to operations start-up.
- Identification and mobilization of materials, vendors, 3rd party required for offshore
commissioning activities
- Responsible for the mark-ups drawing (“As commissioned documents”)
- Hands on commissioning on the preparation and execution of Operational Tests.
- Responsible for PL follow-up of his discipline.
- Progress reporting and planning for all activities related to the above duties. (Progress,
man-hours, punch lists …) to the Instrument Superintendent
- Work permit issuance, verification, validation for his discipline.

Assignment Status : 8 x 2 weeks or Resident, 4 x 4 weeks Offshore

Term : Onshore 2015, Offshore 2016

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key Experiences Required : Minimum 10 years of commissioning experience in his discipline on large Oil and Gas facilities
(FPSO experience is a plus). Previous experience working in Korea / Australia on FPSO projects

Qualifications : Appropriate engineering qualification, Fluency in English
