The Company:
Our client is a major operator in oil and gas industry.

The Role:
1. To be responsible for supervision of the Pre-Commissioning activities within the FPSO Contract and to participate at the integrated ICAPS database population.
2. To review Contractor's Pre-Commissioning plans and procedures to verify if they comply with contractual obligations and establish how Contractor ensures adherence with its procedures/processes approved by its management.

3. Carry out surveillance on CONTRACTOR, Sub Contractor(s) & Vendor(s) in accordance with Inspection Plan, to ensure that CONTRACTOR performance & compliance to the EPCI Contract requirements.

4. Review CONTRACTOR’s Pre-Commissioning method statement, QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plan.

5. To ensure that all Contract requirements, particular and general specifications related to scope are implemented.
6. To review Pre-Commissioning documents to verify that Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing all required tests. Mark up Inspection and Test plans with witness and hold points for Inspection and test. Ensure that surveillance is completed in accordance with said procedures/plans and implemented through ICAPS.
7. To participate and attend Kick off Meeting, Pre-Inspection Meetings.
8. To examine certification/test documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specification.
9. To ensure that all project personnel are aware of the requirements of the Pre-Commissioning Plan.
10. To report of quality deviations.
11. Oversee the NDT/NDE activities.
12. To review, comment and approve Contractor's QC Documentation/Pre-Commissioning Dossiers for correctness and conformity prior to a structured handover to commissioning team.
13. To ensure that punch-list is kept up to date in ICAPS and to challenge CONTRACTOR for the punch list clearance.
14. To promote safety within the construction, hook up and precommissioning activities and verify that safe, efficient and environmentally suitable procedures are implemented by the EPCI contractor.
15. To receive and review Contractor field performance reports and initiate/monitor corrective action/resolution progress.
16. To ensure that the As Built documentation is properly prepared and handed over to COMPANY.

17. To follow-up and report of all onshore and offshore Pre-Commissioning activities as per the requirements of Management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.
Engineering, business or management degree.
Familiar with OPERCOM / ICAPS methodology is mandatory.
10 years' work experience in a technical/fabrication role in Oil and Gas and in an engineering and project environment and as mandatory, a work offshore experience.
Broad knowledge of international standards, codes and specifications.
Good communication skills, HSE oriented, used to work under pressure with respect of all entity.
Fluency in French will be appreciated and English language is mandatory.
Excellent, technique and computer skills.
