The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
As the FPSO Planning & Reporting Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

All planning activities for the development of Offshore facilities (FPSO) so that they meet the Company's requirements
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedure
Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times
Provide planning, control and monitoring service to the Offshore project facilities teams, covering all contractors’ and associated licensors’ and subcontractors’
Prepare clear and concise planning reports and documentation on a regular basis, this would include bar charts and networks, milestone and variance reports, man-hours loading, S-curves and productivity reports, which feed into overall Project reports
Attend progress and coordination meetings
Provide an independent assessment of individual contractors’ progress
Maintain close coordination with Project Services groups in other locations and input as required
Assist the Operations team in development of a completions and systems handover and commissioning schedule
Develop and maintain Level 3 schedules of Offshore in Primavera P6 database, which integrates with overall Project Master schedule
Provide effective construction planning and coordination of the Project team inclusive of contractors’, licensors’ and subcontractors
Ensure that planning activities have satisfactory incorporated the requirements of project and appropriate regulations
Co-ordination of planning effort provided by contractors and supervise and assist their planning engineers in developing Level 3 schedules
Closely monitor all aspects of the schedule, appraise and advise the Lead Planning Engineer and Project Team of progress and trends; make recommendations for preventive or corrective action in the event of any deviations from the program
Liaise with the contractors’ and associated licensors’ and /or subcontractors’ planning engineers; with regards to the status of agreed deliverables
Develop and maintain strong teamwork within the Project Services Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 10 years planning experience within the Oil & Gas Industry. A Bachelor degree in Engineering in related field, be proficient with Primavera P3 &/or P3e and Pertmaster Risk Analysis software. Have a broad understanding of facilities engineering and Project Control issues was well as highly developed cross-cultural influencing skills for work with subcontract staff of varied nationalities and backgrounds.
