The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for an FPSO Turret Construction & Integration Manager. The function of this position is to deliver as per Project Schedule and Budget the FPSO Turret that meet the requirements of the project in safety, quality, reliability, operability and maintainability throughout its 40 year service life.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Manage the construction, integration and pre-commissioning scope of a complex EPFS Contract.
• Assist his management in representing the Company for implementation of HSE requirements as per Company specifications on all the above works.
• Ensure the construction activities minimize the impact on the environment in line with project requirements.
• Ensure that all construction activities are properly monitored, controlled and reported by his team. Manage the multidiscipline and multinational construction team to supervise efficiently the EPFS Supplier for all construction and integration aspects. This includes the main Turret Fabrication WorkShop, the Turret Integration WorkSite (at EPCC Yard) and subcontracting sites, if applicable.
• Supervision, control and co-ordination of Turret construction, integration and pre-commissioning activities in compliance with Project Specifications and Procedures, discipline requirements and international codes, at the required level of Quality and Safety.
• Duties cover all construction phases including construction methods, yard pre-fabrications, construction, equipment installation, equipment lifting and integration mechanical completion, and all services activities (access to the working areas, emergency evacuation, lighting of the working areas, lifting).
• Ensure the subsystems are handed over to commissioning group as per the agreed sequence and ensure Supplier works with the same targets.
• Review the construction integration and Pre-commissioning progress for all activities related to his scope of works.
• Prepare the weekly report to Turret Manager.
• Liaise with other FPSO team members for internal interfaces/risks and the FPSO Interfaces and Risks Coordinator for external interfaces/risks (e.g. FPSO hull).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Chartered engineer
• High awareness and knowledge of safe working practices.
• Excellent communication / written skills (in English) and ability to work with different disciplines and cultures.
• Minimum 15yrs experience in construction, integration, pre-commissioning within the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Experience with FPSO construction / topsides construction work in Korea or Malaysia at management or site representative level.
