The Company:
Our client is a leading in Tyre industry in Thailand, They're looking for local people that fit for the position.

The Role:
- Is the main liaison in the relationship between franchisee and franchisor encouraging and creating a positive relationship in all assigned POS, supporting them and providing the franchisee with answers directly (when it’s in their competence) or after talking with franchisor experts (ex. Technical questions)
- Implement, in all assigned POS, the SHOP manuals and Franchise work instructions provided by the SHOP Franchise Manager.
- Set up with the franchisees an agreed upon yearly business plan covering volumes (units) and turnover for each product & service category
- Involve the Company Sales Force, where necessary, and regularly follow up with all the assigned POS on the status of the yearly business plan, and propose corrective actions as needed
- Define with franchisees an annual training plan and ensure the plan is fulfilled. Provide support for staff training (commercial and technical)
- Using the provided format, check the POS standards on every visit, thereby ensuring that the POS is in compliance with the SHOP referential
- Define with the franchisees action plans as a result of the previous SHOP audit results and work to increase their audit score
- Define agreed annual communication & publicity investment plan with franchisees/
ACTION PLANS GAP ANALYSIS:
- Establishes a periodic formalized follow-up of the defined action plans and proposes corrective actions in case of gaps.
REPORTS
- Establishes a report after each visit and provides feedback to the franchise manager and to his hierarchical manager
- Build and submit all reports required by SHOP Franchise Consultant Manager /
- Creates a monthly business activity report and provides feedback to his manager(s) /
- Encourage the correct implementation and use of MARS as a basis for correct SOP work flow.
- Implement all actions needed to solve MARS tickets
- Ensure that all POS correctly implement all the SHOP promotions: inform/ train the staff, point of purchase (POP) materials, MARS up to date
- Promote SHOP products and services including SHOP referential suppliers within the POS
- Analyze the franchisees’ zone of coverage and make recommendations as well as training in order to help to implement CRM
- Ensure resolution of customer complaints (covered by the service guarantee) which are channeled through the franchisor
- Share best practices among assigned franchisees
- Manages the Franchise Regional Meetings
- Ensure that the franchise royalty fees are collected on time and know the value of the fees being paid by the franchisee.Show the value of these fees through the AVS the franchise offer
- Know the franchisees ambitions (short, medium, long-term), their succession plan and gather other general information of interest (competitor info. price info, product and services info, environmental and green issues etc.)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in BA or Master’s Degree in Retail Marketing / Finance

- Experience 5 years with direct experiences in the field of Aftersales of car, truck or 2W industry

- Special Knowledge or Talent : retail operation expertise/experience in aftersales or Sales in auto industry is the advantage, ability to convince, motivate people, communication skill is a core talent as this person must communicate to each staff level in the shop, analysis of customers P&L and be able to read balance sheet

- Preferable Skills : strong business orientation, be able to understand English in term of reading reports, and survivor to speak

- Expected English Proficiency Level : Survivor
