The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
The role is responsible for the authoring of a revised set of franchise standards for sales points. the position works closely with the Head of Network Development and key stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, including the regionally aligned Franchise Development Managers.

Project Plan: Establish project plan with clear activities, milestones and timings.

Review of current Brand Standards and supporting documents:
Complete review of the current set of Sales Brand Standards.
-Identify core franchise standards
- Identify current deviations across major markets (e.g. EU, Americas, Rest of World)

Complete review of current supporting documentation
-Catalogue current Dealer agreements, Operating Guidelines, CI Manuals, Aftersales Policies, etc.

Authoring of revised Franchise Standards
-Author revised set of franchise standards
-Provide recommendations for additional guidelines and requirements to be included in the suite of supporting documents

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience of design and authoring of franchise standards for automotive retailing.
Understanding of the current EU Vertical Integration legalisation.
Experience of vehicle retail operations (OEM, Importer or preferably Retail)
Strong influencing skills and the ability to facilitate decision making.
Ability to self-start, demonstrate proactively and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative working style with a strong focus on team working.
