The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Responsible for reviewing fuel forecast data and liaising with contracted fuel supply company to ensure supply security. This covers both products of diesel and JetA1.

Responsible for working in conjunction with the key interfaces within the supply chain, these being the fuel supplier(s), marine transport and fuel distributor to ensure guarantee of fuel supply to all of the Australian Business Unit(ABU) operations.

This is achieved by:
- Scheduling of road assets to deliver product to load ports Liaison with marine logistics personnel to ensure vessel berth availability and key personnel are available for fuel bunker operations Scheduling of marine transport to Island and ABU operations for fuel supply Liaison with the Island personnel to ensure adequate personnel are in situ for discharging of vessels and fuel distribution management on Island.
Manage contingency plans throughout the fuel supply chains to ensure continuity of supply.
This applies for both diesel and Jet A1 products.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge in scheduling and capability to manage dynamic supply chains.
Proven capability to operate in a demanding role and strong communication skills.
Experience in transport or logisitcs
Capability to work with multiple disciplines and operate in remote areas.
