The Role:
Job Purpose and Objectives:

To organise and manage the daily stock inventory requirements for the customer.
Solve day to day service issues in an efficient manner.
Ensure efficient quality management of customer administration.
Develop and maintain relationships with customer’s agents and hauliers through regular proactive communications and contact.
Competent safe and accurate completion of all allocated tasks is required to maintain the quality performance of the company.
Develop an in depth understanding of the operational possibilities/limitations in relation to fuels and work together with the customer to seek efficiencies and improvements.
To give consideration to the safe movement of hazardous products during planning with staff and customers.
Ensure the UK policy and procedures on site security is adhered to .


Responsibilities& Functions

Responsibilities for planning and organising customer product flow blending and shipping aligned with customer requirements and terminal infrastructure.
Customer requirements and terminal infrastructure.
Stock management including additive.
Liaise with customer’s hauliers and clients as required.
Liaise with other departments as required.
Interface with operations and customer services on a daily and weekly basis to discuss activities and workload. Make decisions from this to ensure the requirements of the customer and the business are met.
Maintaining and preparing all blend data ship/road data and provide to customer services for HM&RC returns.
Out of hour’s availability to assist customer services and operations.
Facilitate with departments projects.
Provide customer with various daily reports.
KPI month end reporting.
Any other tasks that may arise in the day to day functionality of this position.
Ensure adherence to the UK security procedures.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

To be aware of all aspects of health and safety in the working environment.
Attending and contributing to Hazop meetings and completing relevant actions.
Participate in safety audits and safety observations rounds.
Understand the content of the emergency plan and implement this if necessary.

Required Qualifications

Good educational background.

Desirable qualifications

Basic understanding of the petro/chemical industry.
IT Competent.
