The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Administration Assistant Role will be to support the HR Direct Lifecycle & Transaction team to clear a backlog of filing. Successful candidate will need to use IT systems to look up employee identifier, transfer this onto paperwork and then categorise the paperwork into the correct filing category. The correct shipping documentation will then need to be accurately completed and the filing despatched to the Company responsible for scanning the documents.

Key Skills Required:
1) Previous administration experience.
2) Able to demonstrate ability to work on own initiative.
3) Able to demonstrate attention to detail.

Experience Required:
Previous administration experience. No specific qualifications are required.

Experience Preferred:
Previous experience in an HR role would be advantageous.

Additional Information:
Current End Date: 2nd September 2016. Immediate start required as role has a finite end date (1 September). Would need to be available for all weeks of the assignment i.e. no pre-booked holidays.
