The Role:
Provision of an efficient and effective Administrative service for the Supply Chain Function
Compliance with all relevant Supply Chain policies and procedures
Provide backup and support to the gCMS System Analyst to ensure contract documentation is maintained in accordance with processes and procedures
Provide backup and support to the OLA Maintenance Coordinator to Create, Update and Delete Outline Agreements within the lifecycle
Provide backup and support to the Supply Chain Admin Assistant in busy periods and absences
Provide backup and support to the Inventory Analyst by maintaining the Surplus Disposal register within the lifecycle
Liaise with Contracts Specialists and Supplier Enablement Coordinator to ensure alignment between existing contracts and Outline Agreements
Provide Adhoc reports and respond to queries as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
An excellent knowledge of procurement processes and procedures is essential
Excellent MSOffice skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Interpersonal skills that result in teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Experience of SAP R3 would be advantageous
