The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
- Training and Development Systems Analyst/ Administrator

Skills Required:
- This role solely supports the administration of the key areas of the Education, Training and Development function as below: ·
- Corporate Inductions, (c.100 people in each session, c.1500 new starters to induct for 2012,) ·
- Graduate Development Programme (535 graduates in total currently on the programme),
- Provision of admin support to the 12 programmes run over 2 years, induction weeks, and a welcome event.
- Approximately 250 new graduates for 2012. ·
- Group wide training and development offerings
- i.e. 25 personal skills training programmes
- This role ensures that venues are organised, rooms are booked, purchase orders are raised, delegates are invited, presenters are arranged, suppliers are coordinated, training data is coordinated and kept up to date for reporting and non-attendees are followed up.

Experience Required
- Excel experience, working with systems and reporting from systems.
- Receiving cutomer requests and administering the solution.
- Improving processes and ensuring those processes are lean.
- Working in an IT or HR environment.
- We need somebody with experience of how to use a training system (or something simialr), has the ability to improve it's usage and functionality, experience of managing customer queries about
the data on the system and be able to load new data on at their request.
- This person will need to have had experience of being able to prioirtise work requests, in a quick paced environment; deal with customer queries and new training being loaded effectively.
