The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Maintenance and administration for the required update to certificates for new CNCA announcements and GB standard updates:
To include
1. Existing certificate updates.
2. Conversion of affected commodities into certificates affected
3. Supplier contact for every commodity affected Tracking and coordination of each change required. Gain direction on funding for suppliers and coordination of payment systems Data coordintion for Regulations.

To include
1. Monitoring and booking in new regulatory information into eTracker from all established sources.
2. Running cross function eTracker and VRD tracking meetings including taking minutes.
3. Upkeep of Future Regulations Summary and Safety Forecast.
4. Handbook proof checking against legislative requirements summary.
5. Regulation summarisation/loading to database on selected subjects as appropriate. Also, to conduct ad hoc administrative support eg. clerical, note taking & write up from meetings, etc

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in new and complex subjects.
* Highly organised and able to translate project timing requirements into necessary small steps to achieve goals, linking this with project team activities, either individually or through meeting notices organised
by the individual.
* Having sufficient force of character to ensure that the message of project delivery is understood and not allow slippage of delivery timing.
* Fully PC literate with strong skills on spreadsheets and project planning software.
* Able to translate meeting notes into concise records for 'gateway' evidence.
* Ability to organise data and information in a logical and precise manner promptly with minimal supervision along with clear communication skills (both written and spoken) are key.
* Any knowledge of administering projects in a complex and/or technical environment would be an advantage.

GCSE/O'level standard, including English and Maths.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Organise work to ensure that deadlines are met and there is robust monitoring of the deliverables such that any risks are identified in good time allowing management escalation as required.
Experience of working as part of a team. Able to contribute to planning and discussion outside out remit. Recognition of business imperatives and the success of working as a team
