The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Acting as a key part of the HR Direct team you will be responsible for ensuring organisation and employee data is accurately maintained. You will be dealing with a high volume of work in a Shared Service environment. Acting as a point of contact for HR and the business managers when executing changes to an existing organisation structure in SAP, or creating a new one Maintaining Organisation Units, Jobs, Positions and Cost Centre Assignments master data in SAP Ensuring Organisation Management processes and procedures are being followed Applying data standards and ensuring organisation changes are maintained with organisational/ operational thresholds. Administrative tasks related to Performance, Reward and Engagement e.g. enrolling employees in benefit schemes, administering recognition programmes Manages training administration and logistics required to schedule, coordinate and rollout the curriculum of training programs and courses (including e-learning) Manages administration for maternity leavers Creates and processes purchase orders and cheque requisitions, chases invoice payment where necessary Analysing mis-matches between SAP HR and Payroll and resolving discrepancies Responding to requests for ad-hoc reports

3)HR administration experience

Experience Required:
-Essential operational knowledge of SAP HR -Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working with a proactive approach to change -HR administration experience -Experience of managing key activities related to the employee life cycle e.g. on boarding, maternity leave, flexible working, contract administration -Strong ability to organise self to ensure prioritisation of workload in order to meet tight deadlines. -Excellent communciation skills ¿ both spoken and written. -Proficient in the use of MS Office ¿ Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience Preferred: Desirable: -Experience of both OM and PA -HR Generalist, HR Advisor in SSC -MS Project, Visio -Experience of process mapping/process re-engineering -Knowledge of SAP Shopping Carts
