The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

* Long term diary management planning Demand management (capturing and responding to training needs)
* Ensuring Quality programmes are visible and accessible across all functional training academies and working with Learning and Development Central Scheduling(instructor / consultant liason and backup planning
* Venue booking and venue liaison Financial reporting for training (SAP POs, invoice tracking)
*Training stationary Training management system pre-course processing
* Delegate management (changes, special requirement, drop out charges for did not attend (DNAs) etc)
* Confirmation of pre-work and training assessed Venue preparation (room layouts / changes)
* Course facilitation (handouts / training packs and equipment etc
* Post course evaluation (on the day feedback, Return on investment (ROI) Post course training management system admin (delegate sign in sheet and records capture
* Training reporting(senior management reports, training numbers, feedback etc Post course deliverables co-ordination (capturing and approving projects, evidence of application, liasing with line managers etc Reward and Recognition (certificates, presentations, awards etc) General training helpdesk (managing questions, enquiries, supporting the delegate to select the appropriate courses.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Excellent communicator at all levels with a proven training administration background. Must be adaptable to change and demands on high quality training.
* Essential: Experience of working in an administrative function within a training environment. High level of literacy and numeracy skills Good attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs and Sharepoint Self-motivated and very well organised
* A good level of education with appropriate administrative qualifications
* Previous experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing organisation is desirable
