The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Administrative support for the data workstream of the eGSP project. Working with buyers to locate legacy contracts, scan, record and upload them into the new contracts database. Whilst the role will be based in Riley Court, University of Warwick, there will be a need for working out of Gaydon and Whitley depending on requirements of the projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Good attention to detail skills
2)Good experience of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
3)Comfortable working with data
Has experience working with data, demonstrated good attention to detail skills and is accustomed to using the MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Flexible in their approach and willing to work out of a number of locations depending on the business needs from time to time, so likely to be a mix of Riley Court, University of Warwick, Gaydon and Whitley.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Whilst not essential, an understanding or experience of contracts in the broadest of sense would be helpful background.
