The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Purpose of the role is to provide Administrative support for the Purchase Teams of Buyers within the Production Purchase department.

Key Responsibilities -Support Buyers day to day activities including general administration, meeting organisation, etc. -General team administration support including: Maintaining holiday charts; movement charts, gifts and entertainment register. -Meetings organisation and support for taking or typing up Meeting Minutes & issuing agendas. -Travel organisation for the Team. Checking availability, identifying optimum routes and processing paperwork for approval. -Raise SAP orders if required. -Creation, maintenance and consolidation of standard templates. -Support for SPMs and PMs from Regions as they travel into the UK Team. -Preparation of Team or Supplier events & reviews including co-ordination of attendees and presenters, ensuring availability of facilities and materials, agendas etc.

Skills, experience and qualifications required -Commercial acumen and analysis & reporting of data -Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project). -Strong communication skills, written & verbal -The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
