The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
This position provides administrative support in three key areas of the client's Experiential Team Experiential Fleet
- ensuring all vehicle bookings for events are tracked and event requirements including insurance and special transport and preparation requirements Environment Agency Training Contract
- ensure all training courses are correctly assigned and all payments promptly completed SAP raise and administer LRE Shopping Carts and Invoice payments
- track POs raised and payments via an internal tracker

Skills Required:
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Excel proficiency - accuracy and the ability to prepare pivot tables ideal
2) SAP system
