Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
"Report to the Plant Engineering Senior Manager, Leading and supporting Plant Engineering team members and functional representatives in the planning, co-ordination, approval, reporting and delivery of all programme activities Develop and maintain deliverable Programme Plans. Work closely with cross functional teams to facilitate the development and achievement of detailed work stream plans. Analyse and report progress against the plans Work closely with the Global Facilities Engineering Lead Engineers to mitigate risks to achievement of the plan. Work with stakeholders to identify and plan containment actions to ensure overall programme timing is maintained. Assist in resolution of timing conflicts and make recommendations to maintain milestones within the Product Creation Process (PCS). Communicate project timing to ensure all functions are aware of the future activities and are aligned and committed to achievement of the plan Run/ support planning reviews to keep suppliers/engineers/project team aligned and informed Work with Global Facilities Engineering Lead Engineers and Suppliers to understand commodity lead times to ensure that equipment, facilities & services are delivered in time to support project timescales Track construction progress against issued timings & ensure Global Facilities Engineering management & all other functions are aware of future activities & are aligned & committed to achievement of the plan Compile management reports and associated metrics to support management reviews Work within the project management framework that enables the functions to deliver on time and to budget. Ensure all project documentation is filed & stored in accordance with company procedures & that all project folders are consistently maintained "

Professional administration qualification. Experience of working in a pressurised environment. Ability to manage data inputs from multiple sources, interpret the information provided & present out in a structured manner. Negotiation & influencing skills will be required to extract required information from suppliers & engineers. Ability to create & develop the strong cross functional relationships required to be successful in the role. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. project management & programme timing experience. Advanced Microsoft Project Planning skills. Advanced Microsoft Office suite application skills. Must be able to manipulate data into suitable formats to present to senior management. Must be a self starter able to work with minimal supervision.
