The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
India Operations Team Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the Vice President of India Operations and department to include preparing key Reports and documentation for senior meetings. You will also draft and update PowerPoint presentations. General administrative support will also be required, to include diary management, arranging of meetings and conference room bookings. The need to work pro-actively in a busy team and support deadlines is a must

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel experience
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
Experience of dealing with highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately
Previous experience of drafting presentations and marking up amendments to documents
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload through to completion
Excellent organisational skills
Able to deal pro-actively with obstacles to support team objectives
Previous experience of working in a support capacity within a corporate or commercial environment
GCSE/ O'level standard, including English and Maths.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Confident when liaising with wider business units -A team player -High level of accuracy and attention to detail -Planning and problem solving -Comfortable dealing with senior management and external consultants
