The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Managing busy diaries, making and moving appointments as required. Sorting, flagging and filing email. Booking venues, catering and general events logistics. Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general queries. Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation. Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating notes. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Previous experience working in a PA/administration role
2)Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation
3)Detail orientated with strong organisational skills

Desirable: Experience of working in a similar role at Director level. Excellent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office
