The Role:
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the all aspects of the Document Warehouse management – including daily operational activities, monitoring, reporting and auditing activities. (Note: Portfolio will include Document, GeoSample and Tape Warehouse)
• Responsible to provide support (and/or to assist) for all aspects of the GeoApplication support – including Daily Operational Activities, reporting, and auditing activities. (Portfolio will include : PetroSys, Eclipse, Petrel, Humpson-Russel, Sharepoint and others as per assigned)
• To update the Standard Operating Procedures as and when required with compliance to international Document Management standards.
• To provide internal marketing support for GeoApplication support initiative and develop educational programs for users as and when required.
• To update and upgrade existing metadata standards and system to ensure search efficiency and performance are constantly upgraded for the best user experience.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations/troubleshooting in assessing existing Data Management projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing system.
• Other technical responsibilities would be to co-manage the Enterprise Storage
• Participate in fortnightly meetings (or as and when required) between the Data Management and IT team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress.
• Ensuring vendor and workflow compliance to all safety and HSE standards. Execution of safety audits will be required on a bi-annual basis.

Requirement:
• Incumbent should hold a minimum Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Document Management with a minimum CGPA of 2.6 from a recognized university. Knowledge and exposure to the Oil and Gas business would be advantageous. And good aptitude, personality and personal drive will be valued.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of technology and operational experience and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support.
• Good background and understanding in Data Base design with familiarity in SQL and Relational Databases.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure environment with changing priorities.
• Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.

**REMARKS**
- Prefer Manalysian and/or Regional expatriates
- Contract direct hired under client (minimum 2 years with 3-6 months probation period)
