The Company:
Our client is a large multi-national organization which explores, develops, produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur. They pride themselves on conducting operations in accordance with the world–class safety and environmental standards

The Role:
1. Ensure constraints imposed by Key Assumptions incorporated within the Venture Integrated Schedule (VIS) in cooperation with Scheduling Manager and Projects Integration Manager. Participate in review and consolidation of all relevant scheduling data for medium and long term planning and provide input to Venture reference Plan (VRP).
2. Ensure resources and included within plan for venture activities and made available to all entities. Provide guidelines/resource capacities to Scheduling manager.
3. Evaluate external opportunities/threats which may influence Venture operations (e.g. Infrastructure development, marine fleet, labour resources etc). Propose optimization actions across the venture based on the critical analysis of the integrated planning.
4. Prepare integrated plans for non-delegated assets based on the scope provided by TD/Development Studies. Integrate relevant planning issues between all COMPANY entities dealing with development/appraisal.
5. Provide development planning on request to the various entities of COMPANY, with the possible technical support of the PRC, Technical Director and Development Studies Group.
6. Evaluate the overall Venture impact of specific measures or procedures applied throughout the venture (such as SIMOPS procedure).
7. Support interface management with respect of future projects and long term development objectives.
8. Develop and implement work policies & procedures.
9. Analyse and optimize (if necessary establish) work\business processes to improve qualitative and quantitative output of the department.
10. Ensure compliance with PSA, JOA commitments and legislation of RoK.
11. Assign functions, roles and responsibilities to team personnel.
12. Participate in staff selection, career development, succession planning and recommend developmental training.
13. Participate in reviewing and awarding compensation and rewards in accordance with the established remuneration system.
14. Carry out other tasks as instructed by immediate supervisor within assigned area of responsibility and professional qualification.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualification or equivalent.
Extensive experience in a similar role.
Experience in Kazakhstan preferred.
