The Role:
Coordinate, with support from the Global L&D Analyst, international and local learning and development activities.

INTERNATIONAL
• Communication and promotion of learning and development initiatives, policies and processes to international new starters
• Assist with the coordination of the onboarding of international new starters, including the coordination of induction, training and performance management programs
• Coordinate Graduate Training Program activities for relevant businesses
• Assist with tracking and reporting on costs of L&D requests against the budget
• Process all professional membership requests and expenses
• Assist with fixed, scheduled and ad hoc reporting and metrics
• Assist with ad hoc project support activities as required

LOCAL/LNG
• Communication and promotion of learning and development initiatives, policies and processes to local new starters
• Venue, catering, travel costs and re-charge tracking
• Assist with the coordination of the onboarding of local new starters, including the coordination of induction, training and performance management programs
• Assist with the organisation of annual local training and development initiatives; Multicultural and Leadership Training / Development Assessment centres / Oilsim (team building exercises) etc
• Arrangement of local L&D requests as well as monitoring and reporting on participation
• Assist with tracking and reporting on costs of L&D requests against the budget
• Assist with amending process workflows, guidelines and policies according to the Management System Guidelines
• Assist with fixed, scheduled and ad hoc reporting and metrics
• Assist with ad hoc project support activities as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant tertiary qualification (university degree in HR or other relevant specialism)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Communication, influencing and relationship building skills
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Italian advantageous but not required
• Experience delivering results through others (people management advantageous)
• Results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to display initiative with a proactive attitude to solving problems, managing time and prioritising workload
• Demonstrated interest in developing knowledge within own and new disciplines
• Planning, coordination and organising skills
• Awareness and appreciation of working within multicultural organisations and work groups
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Familiarity in working with multiple systems (software & databases)
