The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Client Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Global Mobility Coordinator to provide support to the Global Mobility Team. The role will provide key assistance to the Global Mobility Advisor in the monitoring of the (de)mobilisation of outbound International Assignees.
A large part of the role will be providing support in the maintenance and improvement of international assignment policy; collation of documentation for location analysis; auditing activities and general HR (Global Mobility) project works.

Your primary responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assist with research and review of international assignment conditions data
• Assist with the collation of comprehensive location information for areas where expatriate assignees are engaged
• Contribute to the improvement of outbound International Assignee policy/ procedures
• Assist in the development and monitoring of communications/instructions to external parties
• Work with the Global Mobility Advisor to establish effective systems to assist in the audit and review of external parties’ performance
• Assist in the collation and preparation of formal submissions
• Assist in the editing and QC for document preparation and progress reporting
• Support team document control, data entry and filing

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
For this position you will require the following skills and experience:

• Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural/bi-lingual environment
• Highly proficient in excel, word and power point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and results orientated person with a willingness to learn
• Strong team player with motivation to solve problems
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Confidence working with systems and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
• Tertiary qualification in HR desirable but not essential
• Awareness for Japanese including language would be an advantage
