The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
• Day to day coordination of international assignees including (de/re) mobilization and management of Service Providers.
• Ensuring Service Providers operate in line with Company agreements and Policies, including but not limited to cost management and performance and quality of services - making sure records are consistency up to date and maintained and providers are compliant.
• Coordinate the mobilisation, demobilization and in-country support for Employees on International Assignment engaging directly with employees as required and in accordance with relevant standard.
• Coordinate international assignment tax compliance, International Assignment Register and action compliance requirements.
• Coordination and implementation of international assignment policy mainly for Operation Employee.
• Coordinate Company processes for all home and host country tax filing obligations; including reporting of complete compensation data, management of Company tax payments, monitoring of payroll provider tax payments and acquisition of Certificates of Coverage.
• Working closely with Generalist HR and Recruitment on revision of Standards, Employment Agreement and Assignment Letter templates are updated in accordance with any revision to Australian and local country statutory requirement, including tax provisions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience with international assignments and associated compliance processes.
• Experience in managing service providers, ensuring compliance is maintained and level of service meets contractual obligation and company requirements.
• Experience with developing and managing systems/processes and implementing revisions and improvements.
• Proficient in excel, word and power point and SAP
