The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Title: Global PR Brand and Experiences Officer The role of Administrator and PR support will primarily involve acting as an administrator to support the wider Global Brand and Experience PR team with various essential administrations such as flight bookings, expense claims, etracker requests, legal and finance processes.

The role will also involve supporting management in meetings by taking and distributing meeting notes with actions for those involved, producing presentation materials to support management reviews and supporting on various projects when required.
The role supports the Global Brand & Partnerships Manager on the implementation of brand and lifestyle based PR activity.
The role will be supporting in harnessing the power of Tier-1 partnerships, CSR projects, ambassador programmes and Royal activities.
A key element to this role will be to support on the coordination and presentation of activity with other areas of the PR team and company stakeholders.

Experience Required:
•Become team expert in internal logistics to allow management team to easily `make things happen
•Support in measurement and reporting process for brand & lifestyle activities
•Create slick presentations to support management on strategy communication
•Support management team on large projects requiring extra support a flexible approach to ensure department achieves targets
•Support manager with niche projects to help focus remain on larger projects during particularly busy periods
•Support manager with market communications, meetings, hosting
•Support management team with administration e.g. flight bookings, expenses, etrackers, finance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Administration and organisational skills
•PR knowledge and experience preferred
