The Company:
An international Power & Gas company.

The Role:
Responsibilities

Steering and execution of the strategic sourcing activities with a focus on Sales for the entire Group
Management and support of category-specific deep-dive analyses to identify cost saving potentials, carrying out of quantitative analyse;, monitoring and tracking of target potentials
Analytical development, implementation and regular update of the category-specific sourcing strategies
Development, negotiation and provision of framework agreements for group-wide use
In collaboration with internal business experts set-up of quality-oriented steering models (KPI model) for the effective management of our suppliers

Qualifications

University degree in business administration focusing on Marketing or Sales
Several years of professional experience in Procurement (ideally in distribution services) or Sales
Profound technical knowledge and broad overview of the international supplier market
Experience in the design and negotiation of value-maximizing contracts and in risk mitigation instruments
Strong implementation focus, pragmatism, combined with solution-orientated ethos and analytical skills as well as ability to work in a team
Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
Mobility and ideally international project experience
Business-English fluency compulsory, German advantageous
