The Role:
1. Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Geography
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist (local) is responsible for the execution and implementation of the clients Regulatory Compliance program and all its components as well as providing general support on compliance issues to internal clients and stakeholders within the specific city, country, geomarket or region as may be appropriate.

2. Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Metier
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist (Metier) is responsible for the execution and implementation of the clients Regulatory Compliance program and all its components as well as providing general support on compliance issues to internal clients and stakeholders within the specific métier (Radiation, explosives or chemicals) or any sub specialisation within each metier.

1. To develop Line and other Managers’ awareness and ensure Regulatory Compliance is an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives.
2. To gain and maintain up to date knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations affecting the local operations.
3. To coordinate document gathering and submission process for receiving regulatory licenses/Permits.
4. To support the maintenance of regulatory compliance documentation in appropriate media.
5. To support the preparation of internal and external reports to Management and to regulatory bodies within set time targets.
6. To implement changes to procedures based on changes in local laws and regulations.
7. To report all Regulatory Compliance incidents in QUEST.
8. To participate in the execution of external and internal regulatory audits and inspections and ensure all remedial actions are documented and closed in a timely manner.
9. To advise Management on corrective actions required.
10. To assist in development and to provide awareness training to peer employees on relevant processes for internal and external regulatory compliance requirements

Education:
Geography: As required based on local education system (diploma & other certificates)
Metier: As required by metier

Experience:
As required for geography, segment or métier roles.
