The Role:
Job Funtion:

• Recruitment and selection of staff for the Company.
• To establish and handle all recruitment administration procedures and to provide support with all aspects of the recruitment function.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• To be the primary contact for the organisation for recruitment interviews
• To coordinate and assist with all aspects of recruitment
• To set up and administer all recruitment administration procedures and systems
• To participate in graduate recruitment activities
• Recruitment data analysis and reporting of statistics

PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES.

Provide recruitment related services and support other members of the international resourcing team.

This involves:

- Co-ordinate and conduct initial interviewing of candidates both locally and overseas in conjunction with functional representative(s), confirming interview arrangements and processing interview expenses.
- Type interview notes as and when required and communicating with interviewers to obtain and verify the final content.
- Post vacancies on the Comapny website via the recruitment database and on subscribed energy sites. Prepare recruitment advertisements as and when required.
- Take ownership to develop and maintain the Interview schedule. Ensure the schedule is updated daily and interview metrics measuring performance and lead-times are communicated on a weekly basis.
- Data entry and data maintenance for i-Rec & IHRMS as and when required for entering new vacancies and selected candidates.
- Co-ordinate the graduate recruitment programme, supporting the Team Lead: Resourcing
- Prepare interview cost sheets. Monitor and analyse costs for Graduate Recruitment Programme when required.
- Arrange all interviews: interview letters, visa letters and other relevant letters. Preparing interview packs for candidates, Company and Technical interviewers, room booking for interviews as well as catering. Arrange all work visas and permits for interviewing candidates as required.
- Organise travel arrangements and hotel accommodation for selected candidates.
- Arrange pre-employment medicals for all external candidates and ensure it is followed through.
- Conduct reference list checks per policy on all candidates attending an interview.
- Reformat job descriptions received onto the Company template. Arrange translations of job descriptions as and when required.
- Assist in the recruitment process for receiving CVs, sorting by discipline and responding to CVs from career fairs. Maintaining stock of give-away items. Maintain an international schedule of events. As and when required, attend career fairs with other members of the resourcing team.
- Scan CV’s & review applications received from energy job-sites, eirl web site and from career fairs.
- Maintain statistics on the recruitment plan.
- Conduct regular data integrity exercises for the recruitment database.
- Maintain and update resourcing policies and procedures as required.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
- Assist the line manager with PR related and employer branding related assignments as and when required.
- Create job files for new vacancies as and when required. Assign job references to new vacancies received (updating recruitment plan as well as tracker).
- Ad-hoc Projects and tasks as per business requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to a Degree level. HR or equivalent
Preferably member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent

Sound recruitment background and knowledge of domestic and global recruitment markets, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
Previous experience of international recruitment is essential.
Experience in Comptency based Interviewing
Organisation skills for arranging interviews globally
Understanding of immigration laws for key countries where Eni operates
Excellent PC skills including MS Office suite. Previous experience of HR databases is helpful.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous relevant experience working at a similar level within the oil and gas industry.
Proven success in professional recruitment, including implementation and development of interview assessment techniques.
Dependent on level of experience for the role either 3-5years prior experience in a Human Resources (HR) role, specifically involved in sourcing, selection and interviewing
