The Role:
To manage the definition, communication, negotiation and completion of job offer proposals in line with Company international mobility policies and compensation procedures. To actively participate in projects relating to International Compensation Standards and Benefits
Key responsibility areas:
• To be responsible for compiling salary proposals according to professional / geographical areas
• To actively compare data from external providers and internal policy and parameters in order to benchmark salary levels and benefits
• To be responsible for presenting salary proposals for management approval to illustrate to new and reassigned candidates
• To be responsible for describing and negotiating salary proposals and for finalising the offer cycle with new and reassigned candidates
• To be responsible for the updating of HR and other systems and for filing of all documentation relevant to the offer
• To support the Compensation and Benefits Team, Resourcing Team, HR Advisors and Global Mobility colleagues with policy interpretation, annual compensation cycles and day to day query resolution
• To take part in projects regarding Business Development, International Compensation Standards and Benefits, Benchmarking and International Mobility
• To ensure Compliance with external and internal Group audit requirements
• Ad hoc duties as and when required
• Administration duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant tertiary qualification (university degree in HR, Statistics or other relevant specialism)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Analytical and numeracy skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Communication skills
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Italian advantageous but not required
• Results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to display initiative with a proactive attitude to solving problems, prioritising workload
• Demonstrated interest in developing knowledge within own and new disciplines
• Planning and organising skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Awareness and appreciation of working within multicultural organisations and work groups
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality when dealing with all HR, payroll and benefits issues
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Familiarity in working with multiple systems (software & databases)
