The Role:
Role 

-Lead the development of new and existing HR Policies and Procedures based on the business and operational requirements.
-Review the industry best practice/market intelligence for the purpose of forecasting industry trends to ensure company Group's ability to retain and attract talents as well as to develop future dynamic people and human capital strategies in line with the global changes/ challenges.



Initiate and lead the research and benchmarking on the latest HR trends and industry best practices as an input for the revision/development of HR Policy and Procedures and other relevant HR Strategies & Initiatives.
Lead the revision of the existing HR PRC and develop new HR PRC in line with company's business/operational requirements and industry best practices to support company in attracting and retaining talents.
Review maritime and oil & gas industry best practice/market intelligence for the purpose of forecasting people outlook and industry trends to ensure company Group's ability to retain and attract talents as well as to develop future dynamic people and human capital strategies in line with the global changes/challenges.
Engage and communicate any new provision/development or relevant changes to the stakeholders.
Lead and plan the HR audit assurance exercise to ensure policies are implemented effectively and consistently throughout the organization and provide advice and guidance on HR PRC non- compliance.

Requirements
Minimum 12 years of related working experience in relevant human resource functions.
Degree/Master in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
