Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is available for a Governance Analyst to provide general support for the ongoing Governance and oversight activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and clear instructions to the project team regarding governance obligations and related procedures
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Governance Framework
• Critically assess submissions to approval committees, drive resolution of identified issues and expedite approvals where required
• Identify governance process improvement opportunities and develop proposals to capture improvements
• Create/manage Governance reports and contribute to the Project monthly dashboard with implementation contract ceiling information; and Other ad-hoc duties as directed.

Provide support in the management of the Project Delegation of Authority
• Provide advice to the project team regarding the DOA procedure
• Maintain register of temporary delegations of authority
• Assess requests for new delegations of authority or permanent changes to the DOA; and Periodically revise the DOA and submit for approval by Project Development Director.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience:
Min 5 years

•Ability to work on tasks simultaneously
•Strong attention to detail
•High standard of presentation and communication skills
