The Role:
*****Thai National Only****

- Monitor and analyze local legislative and regulatory proposals to identify how certain provisions would impact business continuity and objectives. Provide timely update and advice to supervisor and PGPA management on how best to respond to the issues. Execute the advocacy plan following the timeline.
- Represent company to develop and maintain relationships among key stakeholders i.e. local government, local communities and etc following department engagement strategy
- Responsible to apply and maintain validity of permits and licenses in associaiton with company business especially in the NST area
- Represent PGPA to work closely with Operation, HR, Legal and SCM to handle emergency cases including evacuation, fatality and etc. especially the cases emerged within NST area
- Ensure the compliance of company policies and activities in relation to Government Affairs Activiies
- Perform other works assigned by supervisor

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Law, Political Sciences or related fields with 3-5 years experience in government or public affairs areas
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Mature and be able to work independently
- Team player, energetic, self disciplined, proactive with good attitude, hard-working, goal oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have driving license (Car)
