The Role:
• Be a part to develop registration system to monitor works in Government Affairs. Once system is completed, responsible to register new issues & projects, including archive related document and materials in shared drive, and monitor progress of on-going issues & projects. Progress report on key issues and work statistics are required by the end of month.
• Follow up and monitor engagement results (from BKK and SKL/NST teams) according to plans and keep plan up-to-date.
• Register new contribution requests, follow up progress, and provide statistics to monitor relationship of stakeholders.
• Control incoming and outgoing letters – complete tracking table, scan incoming letters of identified issues, follow up a copy of all out-going letters, archive original copies.
• Responsible for preparing and managing document for competent officers, reimbursing DMF expenses, and managing Special Advantage funds of DMF, FCPA, and others.
• Prepare Thai/English official letters upon requests.
• Assist GA Manager in coordination with internal departments and government authorities in BKK and Southern Provinces, including other administrative works.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A Bachelor/ Master degree in any fields and good working knowledge in E&P business and/or oil & gas industry.
• Have a good understanding of issue management, including managing stakeholder’s relationship and expectation. Knowing government protocol is a plus.
• Experiences in document control.
• Effective Thai/ English commands in both writing and speaking.
• Experiences in writing Thai/ English official letters.
• Excellent skills in basic computer – MS words, Excels, Power Point, and Outlook. (MS Access is a plus)
• Experiences in coordination with government agencies. (Plus)
