The Role:
*****THAI NATIONALITY ONLY*********

• Provide supports in all aspects relating to policy and government affairs for Thailand projects, which are in scope for ESHIA, EIA, SIA processes. Goals are to ensure full compliance with laws and regulation, company policy, ESHIA Process, and project execution as planned
• Lead engagement and/or advocate government as required by project and able to give recommendation or consultation to PGPA management and supervisor, but not limited to, team members
• Maintain strong relationships with existing stakeholders (government and fisheries) and build positive relationships with new key players that have strong impact to the company’s reputations, business, and operations. Also, champion stakeholder management system consisting of stakeholder master list, analysis, engagement strategy & plan, monitoring & tracking, and evaluation
Collaboratively formulate plans and execute to acquire permit licenses, approvals, and contract agreements to fully comply with international/local laws, regulations, and internal policy. Also, solve operation issues related Petroleum Acts and related regulations as required.
• Provide administrative support to the team as assigned.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum hand-on experiences of 3 years and above with multinational corporation in the area of policies and government
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree, prefer Political Science, Public Affairs, Law
• Fluency in English both in written and oral communication
• Fast learner, good interpersonal skill, service-minded and enjoy working with a diverse group of people both internally and externally
• Strong problem solving, analytical with creative thinking skills
• Experience in Offshore / Oil and Gas Operation and EIA is a plus
• Computer Literacy (MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, Word., etc). Webpage knowledge and Database management skill is a plus.
