The Company:
Large oil and gas company is looking for Government relations specialist (Coordinator, Legislative & Regulatory ):

The Role:
Requirements:


* High education
* Must have eligibility to work in the Russian Federation
* Good contacts in government area
* Experience in state companies and with the worldwide state projects will be a significant plus
* Experience: 5 years
* Knowledge of the legislation in oil and gas sphere (desirable)
* Good communicative skills, ingenuity and vigour
* Excellent presentation skills
* Fluent English

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Providing regular reports to Public Affairs Department on recent initiatives, meetings & discussions of legislative and regulatory issues at the Presidential Administration and RFG
* Monthly analysis & updates on Legislative & Regulatory activities of the RF Federal Assembly (for example, Subsoil Law, Draft oil law, Legal status of Foreigners in RF)
* Info gathering & regular interaction with legal departments of leading oil&gas companies & various RF think tanks etc.; working partnerships with exceptional legal service providers
* Attending hearings, debates, working groups etc. in key Committees & Commissions of both chambers of the RF Federal Assembly (for example, Natural Resources and Environment Committee)
