The Role:
Entry Level opportunity supporting the global activities of our clients internal Reliability team.

This role involves; 2-3 technical assignments in the first 5 years, supported by strong technical mentoring and comprehensive technical training.

Key Job Responsibilities;
• Reliability data analysis, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) modeling & simulation and reliability performance forecasting using advanced probabilistic tools and techniques
• Development of new Reliability systems, processes and tools supporting our clients Operational Excellence objectives of industry leading Reliability.
• Keeping abreast of emerging new Reliability technologies and techniques, and helping to bring them forth for incorporation into facilities design and operations.
• Supporting ETC efforts to educate Business Units and project teams on the use of Reliability processes and the benefits of application, helping to identify gaps in understanding of tools and process and providing consultation to business units and project teams on the use of tools.
• Supporting Major Capital Projects build Reliability into facilities and systems through application of Design for Reliability processes
• Participation in Strategic Research and Technology Development projects e.g. Subsea Reliability.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Students anticipating receiving their Masters or PhD in a Reliability Engineering (or equivalent) disciplines within the next 6 months
• Students who graduated in the last 12 months will also be considered
• Strong academic performance in core programs
• Current and valid EU work permit
• Communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills are of extreme importance.
• Previous experience working within an operator environment will be an advantage but not essential
