The Company:
With operations across the world, our client uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to a growing world.
They are currently leading an integrated LNG Project in PNG that includes gas production and processing facilities including liquefaction and storage facilities

The Role:
Our client is looking to engage in a Grievance Interface professional for their integrated LNG project in Papua New Guinea.

They are looking for a qualified candidate to support the Project on areas including:
-Community Affairs Issues
- Managing and closing-out issues and Grievances
- Improving community relations

You will work closely with the Grievance Management team in closing out Issues and Grievances

Daily Responsibilites will include:
-Regular reporting
-Establishing proficiency in the IMS data entry and reporting system
-Liaising with the field staff to assist with grievances and also receive status updates in the IMS
-Generate issues and grievance management performance data/ charts for the L&CA weekly letter
-Maintaining an Issues & Grievance Management Action Log
-Maintaining a register of formal and informal stakeholder engagments related issues, including summary data sheet for reporting purposes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Enrollmemt in a current Tertiary qualificiaotn (Dipor Bachelors degree) in accountancy, IT or related degree
Experiance in data entry
Attention to detail and quality control
Proficiency in MS & Access Software - ability to apply learning to other database environments
Good oral communication & writing skills
Good organizational skills
