The Role:
o Managing the Engineering coordination, progress with relative group and vendors
o Planning and execution of the plant piping trouble shooting at shop or site
• Preparation of basic document such as piping material specification, engineering basis, standard.
• Preparation of plot plan, equipment layout.
• Reviewing and comment to P&I.
• Preparation of data sheet for valves and piping complete parts such as expansion, strainer, trap, insulation joint, restriction orifice etc.
• Preparation of data for calculation such as stress analysis etc.
• Preparation for information such as nozzle orientation, loading data, embedded plate, support foundation etc.
• Technical support for detail engineering document such as GA, isometric drawing, support drawings etc.
• Technical support for piping construction work including test and flushing etc.
• Preparation for piping BQ list such as piping material, insulation, painting, support material etc.
• Preparation line index.
• Technical support for 3D design work.
• Reading client's specification and preparation of deviation/clarification documents & negotiations with client and/or client's consultants. Assistance for proposal documents preparation.
• Communicating and negotiating with Client/consortium partners and Sub-Contractor & preparation of necessary documentation with full understanding of contract specification, deviations & clarifications.
• Negotiating scope, Quality, Design conditions and other technical terms with the vendors.
• Preparation of vendor bid evaluation, BOQ, cost estimation for piping material.
• Vendor drawings / documents review, approval and management of vendor's engineering deliverables until completion of contract.
• Prepare and arrange the Deviation Requests and getting approval from Client.
• Prepare and arrange the document/material to be submitted to Local Regulation/Authorities.
• Interaction with Client and other engineering group for technical issues & interfaces.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Full time Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutes with good academic records.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in projects for chemical, oil & gas, power plants.
• Conversant with applicable Codes & Standards for plant piping design, ASME/ANSI B31.3 , API520, ANSIB16.5,API602,etc
• Able to provide quick and effective technical solutions, to suit requirements at all stage of the project.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in EPC companies, more than 10 years.
• Experience of field service like piping construction.
