The Role:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role
• Act in a supervisory role for Aftermarket Services activities, reporting to the GSH Services Regional Lead – AGT Region; this shall include:
• Execute and monitor an agreed execution plan on behalf of the Aftermarket Services support scope;
• Provide regular progress reporting;
• Identify risks, issues, concerns in a timely manner such that risk aversion can be put in place;
• Assist in risk aversion activities; this may include, logistics, spares / equipment sourcing, workarounds etc.;
• Expedite, monitor and support Aftermarket Services support activties that have been assigned;
• Monitor, support and execute equipment handover for all equipment delivered to Baku. A SRT and IRN package is to be completed in line with Quality and Go Completions systems;
• Perform a quality checking function for all equipment being completed under the GSH Aftermarket Services scope, i.e. testing, refurbishment and maintenance activities;
• Ensure that appropriate levels of documentation are reviewed and approvals in place for ALL shipped and received equipment;
• Monitor and oversee the Work In Progess Aftermarket Servics scope deliveries;
• Conform to the Project Safety Plan.
• Reporting to the GSH Services Regional Lead – AGT Region, for day to day work activities in line with priorities as defined by the GSH Aftermarket Services schedule.
• Attend and contribute to weekly Aftermarket Services meetings, as required.
• Responsible for progressing the closure all NCRs and carry over work from delivery.
• Liaise with the Contractors’ quality and engineering departments to progress equipment deliveries based on the Aftermarket Services demand. All engineering and quality directions are to be agreed with the GSH Services Regional Lead – AGT Region, prior to instigation;
• Adhere to the Project Quality Management Plan;
• Responsible for liasing with the GSH Quality Lead for ensuring quality plans are maintained and adhered to. Ensure quality audits are suitable planned;
• Delegatory powers shall NOT be granted to the GSH Services Rotator (Controls).
• Attendance of Aftermarket Services meetings may be required in the absence of the GSH Services Regional Lead – AGT Region; accurate reporting is to be provided.
• Support the integration and standardisation of the Contractors’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the sites in Baku;
• Support the GSH Project Manager in their delivery commitments;
• Develop and maintain a constructive and positive working relationship with client wells/operations, Contractors and client SPS/GSH/RF personnel.
• Demonstrate active and exemplary personal leadership in HSSE across all aspects of the delivery scope and follow the guidance provided by the Project HSSE Plan;
• Actively participate in HSSE discussion with client's and Contractor personnel.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum HNC in relevant discipline

• Subsea controls experience;
• Broad knowledge of subsea systems design, engineering and operation.
• Planning / coordinating subsea aftermarket support for integration testing and subsea construction activities
• Experience of subsea / wells equipment and tooling refurbishment
• Significant experience working with subsea hardware.
• Experience working onsite with challenging schedules, whilst maintaining safety and quality standards;
• Demonstrates active and exemplary personal leadership in HSSE across all aspects of the delivery scope and follow the guidance provided by the Project HSSE Plan;
• Demonstrates shared commitment to the success of the team and the wider organisation;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with multiple parties to promote a ‘One Team’ mentality and atmosphere;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Chartered engineer or registered professional engineer
• Offshore experience in a subsea role
• Operational experience of production and subsea processing systems
• Experience in Design and Fabrication of subsea / wells equipment.
• Experience with testing, commissioning and installing subsea / wells equipment.
• Process driven mentality, well organised
• Anticipates future situations and plans ahead to meet them
• Focuses effort and prioritises work to deliver business value
• Willingly takes the lead when challenges occur.
