The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Maximo Maintenance Management/Stores and Purchasing System
o Responsible for all system administration ensuring all software issues and updates are resolved in a timely manor in conjunction with the Vendor.
o Responsible for ensuring that the local impact of global and local GWMS Change Requests are fully understood and communicated to relevant stakeholders within UKU.
o Contribute to the improvement of GWMS such that the needs of the local user community are met.
o Provides oracle support for fault diagnosis
o User support including onshore/offshore and healthcare contractors
o Maximo account management
o Job responsible engineer for software vendor
o Data maintenance, planned maintenance routine updates, asset creation.
o Co-ordination of data updates in line with the UKU Management of Change Procedure
o Responsible for ensuring that Weekly and Monthly status report of the GWMS are issued to the Lead Reliability Engineer and wider user community.
o Act as Maximo Help desk as required.
o Act as Business Object Help and manage all ad-hoc report request where possible by utilising personal expertise or if necessary via external resource.

GWMS Training
o Responsible for ensuring that all UKU WMS training is accurate and materials reflect present mode of operation.
o Supervise the delivery of First Line WMS ad-hoc training ensuring that training is in line with UKU processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Previous experience on as a System Administrator for a WMS / CMMS
o Previous experience as a front line WMS super-user coach
o Customer focused
o Work Independently
o Identify, research and resolve discrete problems
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
o Results oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
o Strong communications skills
o Proven ability to work under pressure
o Facilitates others learning; Coaches others
o May be required to undertake visits offshore or third party sites as required
