The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity for an experienced Handover Analyst to join the IT division based in the CBD. In this role you will assist in the Delivery of a Program of work that transitions Information (Documents and Data, structured and unstructured) from Phase 4 Systems across to phase 5 Target Systems, including custodial handover.

Duties will include:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholder in gathering and modelling business data, business processes and other business rules in order to ensure requirements have been carefully considered and that the deliverables meet business objectives.
• Apply Information Protection standards where appropriate.
• Facilitate workshops in capturing business requirements, exposing misalignment on requirements and driving to a consensus view
• As required, develop presentations and provide high level communications to project stakeholders on: business operational scenarios o business process/responsibility changes and implications, business process integration gaps and potential issues In collaboration with business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and super users, develop user procedures and work instructions, that not only describing how to use processes, but how individuals should successfully carryout their day-to-day duties in an efficient, safe and effective manner
• As new opportunities arise, capture the high level business requirements in context to specific business strategies, goals and objectives allowing an initial set of solution alternatives to be identified
• Manage business expectations on the actual scope of business and functions that will be implemented so that there are “no surprises” post plan and design activities
• Identify, implement and utilize appropriate modeling techniques as part of requirements analysis (e.g. UML and Use Cases)
• Collaborate with users to agree acceptance criteria, develop acceptance test cases and test plans
• Ensure business process best practices are introduced and considered when determining high level requirements
• Capture the high level business requirements in context to specific business strategies, goals and objectives allowing an initial set of solution alternatives to be identified
• Work in collaboration with peers in evaluating the business fit of different solution alternatives
• As instructed, assist in the development and documentation of the business case regarding: o Identification of qualitative and quantitative benefits o Identification of process and people change required to support the realization of benefits o Timeline for the realization of benefits aligns with the expected duration for associated business process and organizational changes to occur
• As agreed in project scope and plan, provide post go-live support to end users to: Refine user procedures and business processes, and o Facilitate the introduction of new work disciplines
• As instructed, assist the PMO in assessing the pipeline of new opportunities and proposed initiatives from business stakeholders

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will require the following:

• A University BSc or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Information Management Project Delivery, experience with transitioning Data and Documents into an Operational Environment
• Would suit an IM Analyst with good Business Analysis skills or vice versa.
• Standard office tool, DMS Experience, Engineering Data Management tool experience
• Strong communication both verbal and written, organised, attention to detail, good management skills (influencing, negotiation, delegation)

Position duration is 12 months, located in Perth, working 9 hour days / 9 days per fortnight.
