The Company:
A major, international oil and gas company

The Role:
Working on a 28/28 rotation basis, duties will include:

Development and implementation of the long-term building operations and maintenance plan
Providing service provider(s) with advice on hard services standards, planning and prioritisation
Measuring and providing assurance on building performance, integrity and regulatory compliance
Develop 52 week preventative maintenance schedule for all locations
Develop robust safety culture with the local national staff.
Zero down time for critical services for all offices and non hydrocarbon infrastructure.
Work with the site manager, liaising with the local business where appropriate, to manage expectations on building operations, workplace management and interfaces with other on-site (technical) facilities
Compile the long range building operations and maintenance plan for the site(s) including planned maintenance, projects, reactive maintenance and space planning including arranging building condition surveys as required
Make arrangements with service providers(s) for the management, administration (using Planon or equivalent) and delivery of hard services to agreed service levels and budgets
Support the implementation and development of building monitoring and/or management systems (BMS)
Robust safety culture, tools and practices for national technicians.
Develop 52 week preventative maintenance schedule for all locations
Prepare and implement site plans for sustainable development improvements; waste reduction, energy management, CO2 footprint
Lead/manage selected projects including liaison with projects team and local business representatives on needs, budget, timelines, procurement, communications, etc.
Provide building operations and hard services expertise to the site team and local business
Facilitate building-related contract board submissions, including cost estimates and execution plans
Oversee project / specialist procurement decisions, including sub-contracting
Management of Inventory

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering degree from an internationally recognised college or university
Experience of a range of building management strategies, techniques and tools
Experience in managing stakeholders
Working in challenging & multi cultural environment and ability to manage stress
Experience of coaching and developing local talent.
